We are a local, family owned business with a high level of customer service. The position is part-time M-F. Requires someone that is reliable, very detail oriented, quick learner and works well in a fast paced diverse work environment, has strong customer service and communication skills, and the ability to multi-task. You need to be a strong team player with a friendly and positive demeanor.
Your responsibilities in this role:
- Scheduling/Routing calls to the appropriate individuals through our software program (Intuit Field Service Management program)
- Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail with customers and vendors
- Requires extreme attention to detail, accuracy, critical thinking, and multi-tasking skills
- Handle multiple phone lines
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service.
- Accounts receivable and payable invoicing/billing
- Processing and Posting payments
- Receive/Return/Order Parts
- Appliance sales/pricing
- Filing
- Requirements:
- Ability to multitask and communicate effectively with teammates and customers
- Experience in customer service, data entry
- Experience in Quickbooks on line
- Accounting- Accounts receivable and payable
- Quick leaner with multiple computer software (will be trained on our computer scheduling software)
- Manage tasks independently
- Means to operate basic office equipment, complete general office work and route incoming materials
- Able to lift 20+ lbs
- Able to work 16+ hours per week
- Able to focus with many distractions
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Must have a Positive Attitude
