Job Summary:
As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls in a fast-paced environment. You will provide member support and develop member relationships through remote access channels. Must be flexible, able to handle multiple priorities, be detail-oriented, and love working with members and numbers.
Duties:
Support the credit union’s focus on member service and needs-based sales
Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally
Perform outreach to members in support of NHFCUs growth and service objectives
Look for and present opportunities for relationship growth with every interaction
Perform transactions, accept loan applications and resolve member issues and questions in a professional and efficient manner
Build rapport and use active listening skills to identify members’ needs and cross-selling opportunities
Open and close accounts, investigate and resolve member questions, complete and prepare loan documents, etc.
Must be NMLS registered
Qualifications:
Three to five years' experience in credit union or banking customer service
Strong computer and software application skills
Excellent oral and written communication/customer service skills with the ability to handle challenging situations professionally
Problem solving and analytical skills
Lending/loan processing experience desired
Sales, service and cash handling experience desired
Detail oriented and skill in managing multiple and concurrent projects
Flexible, out-going, customer-friendly personality, with ability to develop and maintain effective internal and external working relationships
Ability to maintain confidentiality

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
