Bookkeeper/General Office Administration
A regional distributor of structural steel, commercial pipe, valves & fittings and located in South Baltimore just blocks from M&T Bank Stadium, is looking for a Bookkeeper for our Accounting team.
Recent college graduates considered or will substitute 3 years of hands on accounting experience along and general office administration is preferred. Hands on experience should include, General ledger preparation, journal entries, accounts payable and accounts receivables, journal entries, and bank reconciliations. General office administration such as filing, and billing invoices.
We are looking for a team player that has prior experience with using accounting software packages as well as general office duties The ideal candidate should have strong interpersonal skills as well as superior oral and written communication skills, be flexible learning different operational procedures as defined by the Controller, and possess problem solving skills.
Skill testing must be completed to be considered for this position.

Hours of operation are Monday thru Friday 8am to 5pm with a (1) one hour lunch
