Job Summary:
Our client, a fully certified Engine maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) facility, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice President of Operations to oversee and lead their operational activities. The ideal candidate will have:

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Education: Bachelor’s degree with a focus on Business Administration, Business Management, or Related Field Required. MBA preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 7 years of successful and progressively increasing span of complexity and team ownership in business management, operations, manufacturing or other program intensive function(s).
- Aerospace experience in manufacturing or aftermarket with knowledge of FAA and aerospace quality standards preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Applicable to Customers, Suppliers, Subordinates, Peers, and Executive Leadership.
- Demonstrated ability to lead both individual teams and the collaboration between multiple teams.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $160,000.00 per year
