Marathon TS is searching for a Technical Architect to provide IT support, system administration, technical guidance/leadership, and cybersecurity oversight to support our client in the Government Sector.
Requirements:
- Upgrade, install, and configure application software and computer hardware. Troubleshoot and provide technical support.
- Create and manage system permissions and user accounts. Provide cybersecurity services by evaluating cybersecurity vulnerabilities and proactively mitigating cyber threat levels for supported systems.
- Provide guidance and present on strategic and tactical planning with regard to technologies and processes aligned with customer needs.
- Maintains the infrastructure of the customer environments for all designated tools and systems by performing upgrades as needed, updates design features to improve performance, ensures security rules are established, applied & maintained, monitors and STIGs hardware, updates software, creates technical and data connections, and provides expertise and advice for future installations/services while ensuring that the environments are properly archived.
- Prepares, standardizes, edits, and finalizes technical documentation such as SOPs, white papers, road maps, and network/process diagrams.
- For all scheduled maintenance activities, coordinate with Team and Customer Leads on schedule, create Runbooks, create/submit Change Requests, obtain Approvals, present at the weekly CAB meetings, perform needed CAB follow ups, communicate with NOSC/customers, and execute maintenance accordingly.
- Creates, updates, and maintains templates, guidelines, checklists, and presentations in alignment with the team guidelines, checklists, presentations, and training guides in alignment with the needs of the supporting the organization's data visualization tools.
- Reviews and comments on materials related to technical documentation and reports, cybersecurity policies and procedures, and planning materials.
- Writes, edits, and develops graphical presentations of technical information for both technical and non-technical personnel.
- Organizes and completes writing assignment material according to set standards regarding order, clarity, conciseness, style, and terminology.
- Maintains records and files of work and revisions regarding IT operational policies and procedures.
- Participate in all Agile Scrum events and work/document/complete all assigned Stories.
- Provide data calls for program management deliverables and metrics.
- Provide Tier 3 support for daily operational and user support activities for data visualization enterprise applications.
- Attend all regularly scheduled technical meetings such as CAB, Data Governance, application owners, change review, maintenance review, and others.
- General understanding of IT Security and IA policies, directives, STIGs, Client, and publications; and able to maintain awareness of relevant cyber-related policy issues.
- Experience with Microsoft Power BI, SharePoint, Power Apps, Power Automate, OneNote, Teams, and Jira
- Experience with Microsoft Visio
- MSCE and other Microsoft certifications
- Experience with ServiceNow
- Experience working in an Agile environment

Pay: $120,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
