We are seeking a detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
Description:
- Manage the efficient organization of the office, ensuring a smooth workflow.
- Maintain vendor relationships, including communication and ordering.
- Organize and file essential company documents.
- Administrative tasks
- Order office supplies and materials as needed.
- Accounts payable tasks
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years’ experience in an administrative roll within the construction industry
- Proficient in Microsoft office and QuickBooks
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to details
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills and critical thinking abilities
- Bilingual preferred
