Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working in hospital settings, outpatient clinics, and with patients across various age groups. Responsibilities: - Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans - Provide hands-on therapy and exercises to improve patients' mobility and strength - Educate patients and their families on at-home exercises and self-care techniques - Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care - Maintain accurate patient records and documentation Requirements: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy - Valid PT license in the state of practice - Experience in hospital, outpatient, and clinic settings - Knowledge of trigger point therapy and medical terminology - Ability to work with diverse patient populations including geriatrics and pediatrics - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Ability to work effectively in a team environment Preferred Skills: - Experience in inpatient rehabilitation settings - Familiarity with hospital medicine practices Join our team and make a difference in the lives of our patients through your expertise as a Physical Therapist.
