Job Description:
The Liquidity Client Advisor will support the first-line client experience by providing client onboarding, account serving, and relationship management to SVB Asset Management (SAM) and other Liquidity Management clients. The LCA will work with clients to ensure timely and accurate resolutions to client requests and inquiries and will be able to confidently handle multiple tasks simultaneously, deliver as promised, effectively prioritize, and escalate issues and/or seek guidance before issues impact clients or grow larger.
- ACCOUNT MAINTENANCE & SUPPORT
- o Assist with audit support, including SOC1 reports, confirmations, pricing materials, and moreo Produce high-quality, accurate portfolio review presentationso Liaison to the Middle Office team for SACAs, transfers in kind for asset management clients, third-party custody inquiries, provide exceptional new account onboarding experience, and moreo Resolving complaints and preventing additional issues by improving processeso Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
- SERVICE MODEL
o Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectiveso Knowledgeable and quick responses on day-to-day client support, including wire support and wire confirmations, signer updates, LOAs, system access, assisting clients with general systems navigations, and moreo Client service; including speedy client response and service deliveryo Be available to receive inbound client requests RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENTo Building relationships with clients based on trust and respecto Communicating with clients to understand their needs and explain product valueo Manage and solve conflicts with clientso Escalate problems appropriately to appropriate internal teams INTERNAL PARTNERSHIPSo Partner with Client Management to develop new business with existing clientso Collaborate with the sales team to identify and grow opportunities within the territoryo Collaborate with internal departments to facilitate client need fulfillmento Partner with marketing teams to facilitate client communicationo Provide feedback on advisory topics to enhance the LM Thought Leadership programo Maintaining updated knowledge of company products and serviceso Knowledgeable of internal bank processes and timelines to facilitate service requestso May conduct process and workflow training for colleagues and internal partnerso Provide information needed to generate reports to track activities, progress and develop strategieso Keeping accurate records about inventory and account noteso Ensure client records and activities are recorded accurately across LM systemso Capture and record data relating to account acquisition and account statuso Collect data to learn more about client behavior to enhance the client experience
