Job Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and driven candidates eager to gain hands-on experience in the distribution and construction industry. This entry-level position provides an excellent opportunity to learn various roles and responsibilities within our company.
Key Responsibilities
As a Distribution Operations Associate, you will:
- Verify commercial roofing orders: Ensure orders are entered correctly, materials are ordered in a timely manner, and received properly.
- Inspect material storage: Confirm materials are stored appropriately.
- Maintain schedule information: Keep dates and schedules updated in our system.
- Build and verify loads: Ensure loads are built and verified according to company processes.
- Analyze commercial sales data: Verify inventory quantities to meet expected needs.
- Conduct jobsite safety checks: Ensure adherence to safety policies and processes.
- Measure jobsite productivity: Evaluate crew productivity during loading.
- Assist in pre-planning for commercial loads: Help with the preparation and planning of commercial load deliveries.

Requirements
- A degree in Business, Construction Management, Logistics, Data Analytics, or Supply Chain Management is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
- Willingness to travel to jobsites around the Bay Area.
- Requirement to work from various Pacific Supply locations in the greater SF Bay Area

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
