StationMD is a telehealth company dedicated to serving individuals with intellectual and/or
developmental disabilities (I/DD). All StationMD clinicians are board-certified and specially trained to
treat individuals with I/DD. Clinicians are available 24/7 via telemedicine for urgent and non-urgent
medical matters. StationMD also offers scheduled psychiatry telemedicine to individuals with I/DD. In
providing this suite of services, StationMD enables individuals with I/DD faster access to high-quality
care and substantially reduces unnecessary medical costs.
We are seeking exceptional candidates who are organized, process oriented, strategic thinkers, goal-oriented, and have a passion for StationMD’s mission. Your responsibilities will include:

Working with our Chief Operating Officer and others to meet operational needs for rapid growth
while maintaining levels of clinical quality, outcomes data, patient experience and physician
efficiency -
Playing a key role in designing, launching and testing new line of business, data capture and
other solutions to meet existing and new customer demands -
Working alongside the executive team in developing value-based models of care and strategizing
expansion opportunities–this will include interfacing with commercial client opportunities,
industry associations, and government agencies -
Partnering with our COO to ensure company revenue and margin goals will be achieved on a
quarterly and annual basis. You will oversee progress throughout the quarter on our team’s top
goals and ensure they stay on track, anticipating and raising important business risks that may
hinder our team’s ability to meet goals -
Non-clinical issues in service lines operations and medical encounter logistical issues

Training, onboarding and rollout process to new clients

Client communications on processes and trouble-shooting
-
Data collection process for internal and external reporting

Ensuring internal compliance of policy and procedures
-
Coordination of cross-functional teams to execute business strategies
-
Interfacing with key vendors/external personnel

Oversight of our receptionist and navigator functions

Oversight of our procurement process

Vendor relationship management

Partnering with external legal counsel to ensure our business and clinical operations comply with
both regulation and best practices of a scaling telehealth organization -
In partnership with the COO, you will ensure our licensing, legal, and business structure optimally
positions us for growth -
Reconciliation and coordination with Finance on end of month billing efforts

Oversight of all licensing and credentialing activities of the Licensing Specialist and monitoring of
the contracted vendor platform -
Responsible for the initiation, coordination, and execution of StationMD’s accreditation survey
and ensuring approval (URAC) -
Responsible for developing, updating, and reviewing all the company policies/procedures and
SOPs as it relates to Operations -
Oversight of the company’s Satisfaction Survey process

Education

Bachelor’s degree in related field

Qualifications/Requirements

Four-year college degree (Business Administration, Health Policy, Public Health,
Communications, Economics) -
Advanced degree preferred

Knowledge and ability to use personal computer and applicable software (i.e., Microsoft
PowerPoint and Excel) -
Knowledge and experience working with health plans, health systems/hospitals, life sciences
and/or other healthcare organizations -
Knowledge and experience pitching, developing, operating, and measuring pilots/demonstration
projects -
Knowledge of brand and generic drug names and various applications, common medical
terminology, and the National Drug Code preferred -
Excellent leadership, financial and analytical skills
