as a line cook at phase three brewing company, you will play a vital role in creating a positive and memorable experience for our guests. your main responsibilities will be preparing food using recipes and menu items created by the head chef and help keep the kitchen running smoothly to prepare our dishes, and assisting the team in ensuring the smooth operation of the brewery's food service. this is a fast-paced and dynamic role that requires excellent communication skills, food knowledge, and the ability to work well in a team.

responsibilities:
assisting with stocking and setting up the kitchen stations
plating prepared foods based on senior chef’s guidance
working with our chef to ensure that orders are completed according to request and on time
washing and cleaning the kitchen and cooking utensils and storing the equipment at the end of shifts
ensuring that the kitchen operation procedures and hygiene meet food safety standards and regulations
requirements:
2+ years of previous kitchen experience
proficient in reading recipes & build sheets
the ability to work together as a part of a team
ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy items when necessary
flexibility to work afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
