- Bilingual Spanish / English Human Resources.
Main duties will include recruiting, onboarding, payroll and benefits administration, maintaining HR records, training and development, employee engagement, performance management, complying with local and federal employment laws, and employee relations.
RESPONSIBILITIES
§ Administer payroll and benefits and support the I-9 process for Ferndale employees.
§ Assist in communicating and supporting HR policies and procedures.
§ Spanish-speaking is required.
§ Provide support for the recruiting process.
§ Track key HR metrics, such as headcount, turnover, compensation analysis.
§ Organize and maintain employee records, recruitment records, Ferndale organization chart, and Ferndale directory.
§ Manage sensitive and confidential matters related to personnel and protect the security of information, data, and files.
§ Handle any workers compensation and disability-related situations, including reporting, tracking, and any remediation.
§ Liaise with corporate HR in supporting HR processes and ensuring legal compliance.
§ Work with the production and quality assurance teams in developing learning plans in Alchemy; add/delete team members in the tool.
§ Develop and support engagement initiatives in alignment with corporate HR strategy.
§ Keep up to date with employment laws.
§ Assist with the performance review process.
§ Support development plans and career path planning for employees.
§ Assist employees and managers with onboarding and leave management.
§ Prepare information for HR-related audits.
§ Handle any HR-related issues that may arise, including employees’ questions on payroll and benefits as well as feedback.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
