Lead Solutions Analyst
BounceBack Homes was founded in 2018 to provide homeowners with a viable alternative to foreclosure, which can be both a daunting and scary life event. A business built on social sustainability as a core value, our mission is to empower homeowners in financial distress so that they can save their home. We believe that “Bad things can happen to good people” and provide homeowners with a second chance…allowing them to “bounce back”!
BounceBack Homes seeks a motivated analyst to join our team! Working from home 100% of the time, this team member will be the keyholder of our proprietary financial solutions model and run, analyze, and assess each solution case in our pipeline.
Who You Are:
- You are a collector of information. You are motivated to look behind the curtain and discover every possible piece of information that is a necessary component of the formulas which run the models.
- You are detailed, accurate, and cross every “t” and dot every “I”. There is no room for error in this position when handling the numbers for each solution.
- You are a driven, strategic problem solver. When an issue arises, you take the initiative to lay out an action plan to solve it.
- You are adaptable and able to work in a startup environment. You are fast to respond, prioritize and complete tasks quickly, and are organized in a fast-paced environment.
- You are looking for a challenge that requires thorough analysis, strategy, and interpretation of the numbers you generate. There is pride of ownership throughout this role. You are not just a data entry worker or an analyst. You are taking the solution from start to finish and adjusting it as the client’s situation evolves.
- You are observant and keen to risk management. You know when to flag something and when the numbers don’t add up.
- You enjoy working autonomously with feedback being provided in a team environment, committee-style per solution that you generate. You are comfortable communicating effectively in a small team environment and have excellent written and verbal communication.
- You are looking for a job that is rewarding in that each solution you run is a chance to make a difference in someone’s life and give them a second chance when they get into a tough situation. You are passionate about helping others and making a difference.
