Johnson Law Group is a fast-paced, high-volume plaintiffs’ law firm in the Greenway Plaza area seeking a Training Coordinator to join our team. We strive to maintain a collaborative and supportive workplace with dedicated compassionately resolving our clients’ claims. We represent clients throughout the United States and United Kingdom.
Our office is seeking a Training Coordinator to assist in the development and training of our staff as our firm expands our existing training initiative. In this role, you will act as the project manager in developing and implementing training protocols necessary to maintain firm growth. This position is an in-person role.
Responsibilities:
- Regularly and consistently collaborate with firm management, docket leads, and department heads to identify training goals
- Design training material both for new hires and more experienced employees to meet firm goals
- Consult with subject-matter experts to tailor training materials for unique docket or department processes or procedures ensuring trainings add value in a meaningful way to specialized teams
- Lead live training of staff in groups or in one-on-one sessions using various forms and formats including group discussion, lecture, simulations, and videos.
- Utilize multimedia or other tools to enhance the effectiveness of live training
- Assess the effectiveness of learning experiences using surveys, feedback and audits to identify improvements and adjust as necessary
- Stay up to date with learning and development industry trends and research to ensure programs are modern and relevant
- Assist management in identifying and improving processes
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Experience with PI or mass tort experience a plus, but not necessary
- Candidate must have 2+ years’ experience in a role directly training others
- Certified Professional Trainer or similar certifications are a plus, but not necessary
Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills accompanying strong presentation skills
- In-depth understanding of the entire Microsoft Office suite
- Aptitude for managing and prioritizing multiple projects and deadlines
- Superior organization skills with great follow through
- Solid analytical, problem solving, and decision-making skills
- Experience with learning management system(s)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
