Salary: From $23/hr
Today we seek an Assistant Maintenance Supervisor for our Loch Raven property, 72 apartment homes in Raleigh, NC who is ready to:

Assists Maintenance Supervisor in the supervision of all maintenance, grounds and RFO personnel.

Supervises maintenance team as required by Maintenance Supervisor.

Schedules the day-to-day duties of the maintenance team as required by the Maintenance Supervisor.

Together with the team, complete work orders and apartment turns timely and according to Palms’ procedures and deadlines.

Ensures that all RFO repairs and services are completed correctly and on schedule.

Maintains adequate inventory of spare parts and maintenance materials to handle most common repairs and situations.

Ensures that the maintenance area is locked up when not in use.

Conducts on-going training with maintenance staff; e.g., workplace safety, and any other type of training that may be needed on a daily basis as required by the Maintenance Supervisor.

Instills a “safety first” attitude not only with the maintenance team but with all staff.

Position requires at least 2 years' experience in property management maintenance.

HVAC certification is required. CPO certification can be obtained with Palms.

Must be able to be in rotating, on-call schedule.
