Overview:
Triumph Construction is seeking a highly skilled Document Control Specialist for our USACE South Shore project. The ideal candidate will have experience working with the United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) or similar military/government entities. This role is crucial for managing and overseeing all project-related documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Requirements:
- Manage and oversee the preparation of all project-related documentation, including submittals, meeting minutes, contracts, RFIs, budgets, and schedules.
- Ensure project document accuracy, including revisions and distribution.
- Deliver documents to USACE for entry, review, and approval.
- Assist with project management tasks as needed.
- Maintain organized and accurate records of all project documents.
- Ensure timely submission of documents to meet project deadlines.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Must have prior work experience with the United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) or a military/government entity in a related field.
- Construction Background: Experience in construction document review and related compliance matters.
- Education: College degree required.
Skills:
- Strong time management, organizational, and prioritization skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and perform well under pressure.
- Deadline and detail-oriented, with the ability to recognize discrepancies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
