Responsibilities:
- Engage and empower parents and caregivers through both virtual and face-to-face interactions.
- Advocate for families, fostering collaborative efforts towards successful reunification.
- Craft personalized goal plans with tangible outcomes to ensure lasting family stability.
- Maintain regular communication with parents via email, text, and phone
- Cultivate strong, trusting relationships with parents through consistent meetings and support.
- Tap into program resources to overcome any barriers to reunification.
- Document participation and progress with precision and care.
- Champion our program at Philadelphia Family Court, increasing awareness and enrollment.
- Keep meticulous records of parent engagement in our database.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Human Services, or a related field
- At least three years of experience in case management or a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite to keep things running smoothly.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Stellar listening and communication abilities are a must.
- Familiarity with the child welfare system is a definite plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey ideas and support.
