About the role:

The Parts Specialist will be responsible for handling customer accounts, part orders, and our parts sales and inventory systems. This individual will thrive in a team environment and have the skills necessary to communicate effectively with vendors, customers, technicians, and managers.
Pay: $24-$30/hr DOE
Duties and responsibilities of the Parts Specialist include, but are not limited to:
- Perform customer service through research, part ordering, issuing quotes, and resolving customer concerns using established procedures.
- Work with customers, technicians, and vendors to ensure the timeliness and accuracy of part orders.
- Work with our customers via email, text, and phone to place accurate and timely orders.
- Be a trusted business partner to our customers, going above and beyond to get them what they need.
- Maintains parts inventory by verifying physical counts to maintain inventory integrity and accuracy.
- Receives and stocks items by unpacking, arranging, and placing items in designated bins and on shelves.
- Create and follow up on purchase orders, new customer accounts, new part numbers, and invoice sales orders.
- Performs other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- Mechanical and heavy equipment experience preferred.
- High school diploma, GED.
- Strong organizational skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- 2-4 years parts/warehouse experience preferred.
- Computer skills required including Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
- Valid driver's license and ability to meet requirements of company driver policies.
- Bilingual a plus.
- Ability to bend, squat, or climb on equipment, lift at least 75lbs, stand or walk for extended periods of time
