POSITION SUMMARY:
The Membership Lead creates a safe and positive atmosphere that welcomes and respects all individuals while providing service to the members and their guests in accordance with YMCA policies and procedures. The Membership Lead is responsible for processing and checking all member information records. In addition, the Membership Lead will supervise and work with front desk staff to assist in greeting the public, controlling access of the facility, giving tours, setting up new memberships and registering members for programs.
