Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Sales to lead our sales team and drive business growth. The Director of Sales will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales initiatives, expanding our customer base, and fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develops strategy that results in maximum membership into Fortified Life, while enhancing the brand and reputation of Fortified Life, and the Western Home Communities.
- Responsible for designing and maintaining the marketing budget within Fortified Life, as well as the recruitment, sales process, budget, and closing of membership process.
- Works with the Chief Marketing and Sales Officer to develop concepts for marketing materials, websites, advertising campaigns including digital efforts, marketing events and public relationships outreach.
- Builds relationships with referral sources and other professionals throughout the Cedar Valley and other areas that would be served by the Fortified Life and Western Home Communities.
- Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to expand market presence and identify areas for growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering solutions that exceed expectations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, communication, marketing, business or related field.
- At least five years of sales experience in a professional sales setting, financial experience a plus.
- Ability to take prospects from the beginning to the end of the sales process.
- Be able to build relationships with prospective members.
- Have a strong understanding of the G-Suite, Microsoft Office programs, CRM programming.
- Able to stay within a budget.
- Able to consult and educate on financial topics.
- Effective oral and written communication skills.
- Proven organizational abilities and time management skills.
- Must be able to read, speak and write fluent English.
