**Duties:**

- Provide information on hotel services, amenities, and local attractions, showcasing the hotel's unique offerings and surroundings.
- Respond to guest inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner, addressing any issues promptly.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of guest interactions, including check-in and check-out times, special requests, and room preferences.
- Handle phone calls and messages from guests, ensuring that all communications are clear and courteous.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, adhering to hotel standards and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
- Work collaboratively with other hotel staff to ensure seamless operations and exceptional guest experiences.
- Perform tasks such as handling reservations, preparing room keys, and conducting room inspections.
- Utilize hotel systems and technology, including property management software and phone systems, to efficiently manage guest information and hotel operations.
**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Prior experience in a hospitality setting, preferably in a front desk or guest services role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with guests and colleagues in a professional manner.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficiency in using hotel systems and technology, including property management software and phone systems.
- Familiarity with hotel management practices and hospitality management principles.
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are highly desirable.
