Office Manager/Receptionist
Seeking a sophisticated Office Manager and Receptionist to oversee daily operations in our client’s Dallas office. The purpose of this role is to create a professional and concierge level of service to our clients. The Office Manager/Receptionist is responsible for supporting internal and external stakeholders with administrative tasks and project support.
This is a full-time, in-office position Monday-Friday.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily office operations, including reception area and office appearance.
- Maintain kitchen, office supply inventory, and procedural documentation.
- Assist with administrative tasks, special projects, and event coordination.
- Coordinate mail services and act as liaison between the two offices.
- Organize community service events in alignment with company values.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 4 years in receptionist or administrative roles.
- Strong written communication skills.
- Proficiency in computer software and technology. ( MS Office, Google Workspace, Slack, Smart Sheets, and Zoom.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
