Position Overview
Roof-ER Sales Professionals are responsible for meeting with our Customers to advise them on the details and options regarding their home improvement project. We focus primarily on insurance restoration work, so the customers you will be working with have already received funds from their insurance company for the project. Great opportunity for someone with “hard-sell” experience looking to transition to more value-based sales methods
Role & Responsibilities
- Finalize detailed project specifications for pre-approved home improvement projects
- Present available upgrades and provide recommendations based on customer needs
- Be a point of contact during and after project installation
- Handle project change orders as necessary
- Meet with customer to finalize paperwork, payments, and close out the job
Qualifications and Requirements
- Previous home remodeling sales experience: 2+ years
- Solid foundational knowledge of estimating home exterior products and systems. This includes asphalt/metal roofing, vinyl/Hardie siding, trim, gutter covers, etc.
- Willingness to embrace challenges and have a growth mindset
- Dependable vehicle and willing to travel to customers' properties
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- Previous exterior home remodeling sales experience 3+ years
- Hands-on home remodeling experience, i.e. physically installing roofing/siding/etc.
Salary/Incentives
- $150k average annual earnings; top reps can earn over $200k with bonus structure

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
