Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior to join our team. As a Senior , you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various aspects of our culinary operations. This is a key leadership role where you will utilize your expertise in kitchen management, menu planning, and food safety to ensure the highest quality of food and service. Responsibilities: - Oversee and manage kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation - Develop and implement menu plans that meet the needs and preferences of our customers - Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen environment - Train and supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance and support as needed - Collaborate with other departments to coordinate food service activities for special events or dietary requirements - Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed - Maintain accurate records of food production, waste, and cost control measures Skills: - Extensive experience in a culinary role, preferably in a restaurant or similar setting - Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, including food handling, preparation techniques, and menu planning - Excellent leadership skills with the ability to train, motivate, and supervise a team - Proficient in knife skills and other culinary techniques - Knowledge of dietary restrictions and ability to accommodate special dietary needs - Exceptional attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced looking to take on a leadership role in a dynamic culinary environment.
