Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant during assigned shifts
- Ensure food production, preparation, and service are carried out efficiently and in accordance with food safety standards
- Supervise and train staff members on proper food handling and service procedures
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve any issues that may arise
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategies for improving overall restaurant performance
Requirements:
- Previous experience in the food industry, preferably in a supervisory or management role
- Strong knowledge of food production, preparation, and service techniques
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency in using POS (Point of Sale) systems
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
