We are looking for a Human Resource Generalist/Recruiter to join our team and help us attract, retain, and develop the best talent for our company. You will be responsible for managing the full cycle of recruitment, from sourcing to hiring, as well as providing general human resource support to our employees and managers. You will also act as a culture champion, promoting our company values and ensuring a positive and engaging work environment for our team.
Requirements:

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies and processes, using various sourcing methods and tools, such as job boards, social media, referrals, and networking

Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates for various positions, ensuring a high-quality and diverse talent pipeline

Coordinate and conduct reference checks, background checks, and drug tests, as well as prepare and extend job offers

Manage the onboarding and orientation process for new hires, ensuring a smooth and positive experience

Provide general human resource support to employees and managers, such as answering queries, updating records, processing payroll, administering benefits, and handling employee relations issues

Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations, as well as company policies and procedures, related to human resource management

Assist in the development and implementation of human resource programs and initiatives, such as performance management, training and development, employee engagement, recognition, and retention

Maintain and update the human resource information system (HRIS) and other databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of data

Prepare and analyze human resource reports and metrics, and provide recommendations for improvement

Stay informed on the latest human resource trends, best practices, and tools, and share learnings and recommendations with the team and the company

Build and sustain strong relationships with internal departments, such as Customer Service, Sales, Operations, Finance, and the entire Leadership Team, as well as external partners, such as vendors, agencies, and community organizations

Support company events, culture, and values, and foster a positive and engaging work environment for our team

Perform any other tasks assigned by the Human Resource Manager or the Senior Leadership Team to facilitate the company's goals and objectives
