```Duties```
- Greet and welcome patients as they arrive at the dental office
- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments for patients
- Verify patient insurance information and assist with billing and payment processing
- Maintain and update patient records using electronic medical record systems such as eClinicalWorks, Dentrix, Eaglesoft, or Epic
- Assist with medical administrative support tasks, including filing, faxing, and scanning documents
- Provide excellent patient service by addressing inquiries and concerns in a professional and friendly manner
- Collaborate with dental staff to ensure smooth patient flow and efficient office operations
```Qualifications```
- Previous experience working in a medical office or dental setting 2 years minimum
- Proficiency in using electronic medical record systems such as Eaglesoft
- Knowledge of medical records management and HIPAA regulations
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with phone systems and ability to handle multiple phone lines
