Job Title: Client Service Associate
Reports To: Paul Gottshall – President
Job Purpose:
The Client Service Associate position is a significant role within our company. You will perform a varying multitude of client service and provide internal office support. The Client Service Associate reports directly to the President and will serve not only as a key member of our team, but also the initial point of contact for the clients of Gottshall Capital Partners.

Principal Accountabilities:
· Handle all incoming calls and greet all incoming clients/prospects.
· Manage office mail, fax, internal files, office supplies, etc.
· Coordinate and schedule client/prospect appointments and reminders.
· Prepare and coordinate all paperwork regarding meeting preparation and account servicing.
· Educate clients on the on-line tools and resources available to them.
· Assist in all administrative client tasks. This include account maintenance, money transfers, and account opening.
· Attend client/prospect events and seminars.
· Anticipates client needs, solves problems and follows through with exceptional service.
· Follow up on all service items.
· Documents all relevant action items and tasks being tracked in CRM.
· Assist in maintaining compliance records.
· Cultivates ideas to develop or help improve office systems and protocol.
· Assist with Branch Audit documentation requirements.
· Assist will other team member and functions as needed. As a small business, we all help each other.
Knowledge/Experience/Skills:
- Administrative experience desired
- High School diploma required; college degree preferred
- Possesses a Series 7 & Series 66 licenses or the ability to obtain
· Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, Adobe PDF
· CRM Database experience and task management preferred
· Ability to improvise and proactively assist in client requests or firm tasks
· Professional communication skills (written and oral)
· Excellent organizational skills
· Ability to take detailed notes and follow instructions with little guidance
· Background Check Required

Salary Range: TBD – based on education, licenses & experience

Pay: $35,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
