We are a fast paced and high energy taqueria dedicated to providing our guests with high quality, authentic Sonoran style food. We are looking for a motivated and passionate individual to join our team as a Kitchen Manager.
Our ideal candidate has
- At least one year of experience working as a manager and is proficient in kitchen operations
- Bilingual in both Spanish and English
- Has flexible availability
- Has basic to intermediate computer skills
- Has a passion for food and guest satisfaction
With a third location opening soon, we are looking for someone who can help us to grow from a small business to a thriving multi-location business.
The job duties include :
+ Scheduling and Monitoring Labor
+ Monitoring team performance
+ Hiring and cross training team members
+Ordering and Vendor Relations; Inventory
+ Maintaining a high level of product quality
+Enforcing Safety and Sanitation Standards
+Daily communication with the entire Management Team
