A reputable and growing retail auto parts chain is searching for auto parts professionals to lead our stores. We are searching for Full-Time Store Managers in the Kalkaska, MI general area. This is a salary position with opportunity for yearly and monthly performance bonuses.
Our Store Managers play a critical role in our stores success. They are able to create and maintain a well merchandised store with a fully trained staff that can achieve Exceptional Customer Service. This is done by excellent recruiting, developing, and employee retaining skills. They are responsible for providing a positive customer experience through every aspect of the operation of the store.
Store Manager Objectives are to show consistent profitability and productivity by Profit and Loss statements, Store Performance Audits and weekly scheduling adjustments based on weekly sales targets. They must also follow policies and procedures aimed at efficiently operating the store as a profit center.
A qualified applicant will have:
- Automotive parts experience
- Retail management experience
- Deliver excellent customer service
- Knowledge of automotive parts, equipment and systems
- Available to work flexible work schedule
- Thrive in a busy, fast-paced retail environment
- ASE certification preferred
- Experience with automotive paint preferred
- Experience with heavy duty automotive parts preferred
Job Requirements:
- Valid Driver’s License
- Acceptable motor vehicle driving record.
- Pass Physical & Drug Screen

Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
