Job Qualifications – Education and Experience-
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
-
Minimum of 3 yrs. of work history directly related to Distribution, operations management and/or process engineering

Excellent oral and written communication skills
-
Ability to observe processes in detail, and coach to behaviors using the standards provided
-
Proven ability as a self-starter and proactive problem-solver
-
Strong leadership skills that are displayed through the ability to coach and influence up and across the leadership structure

Solid background and accomplishments in Distribution Operations, Distribution Systems, Standard work, and Training and Development

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to take initiatives to make and stand by decisions
-
Experience with work measurement methodologies and tools with an emphasis on time study expertise
-
Experience in best methods development
-
Excellent planning and organizational skills
-
Ability to learn quickly and follow project plans resulting in timely project delivery
-
Advanced computer skills, MS suite, Visio
-
Lean Six Sigma experience preferred

The anticipated salary range for this position is $92,000-$115,000 depending on location, knowledge, skills, education and experience. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In
addition, we offer comprehensive and competitive benefits to Associates (and their families) such as medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term and long-term disability. Eligible Associates are able to enroll in our company's 401k plan. Associates will accrue paid time off up to 200 hours per year (inclusive of PTO, floating holidays, and paid holidays). Paid sick time up to 80 hours per year unless otherwise required by law.
