We are currently seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team, long term, and grow with our practice. Extensive on-boarding and training will be provided.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with the administration of a boutique plastic surgery practice.
- Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments, consultations, and follow-ups.
- Maintain patient records and ensure all information is accurate.
- Assist with billing and insurance claims processing.
- Coordinate and manage office operations.
- Support the administrative needs of the medical staff, including preparing vendor reports.
- Assist with marketing and social media efforts as needed.
- Perform other administrative tasks as required to ensure the efficient operation of the office.
- Assist with patient and vendor communications and correspondence.
Qualifications:
- Experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
