UNANET ADMINISTRATOR
Kenjya-Trusant is seeking a Unanet Administrator to process and support Contracts Management, Finance & Accounting operations for a Project-based Unanet system.
DUTIES:
- Unanet administration, including adding new employees, projects, organizations, funding (hours and dollars), and reporting.
- Maintain Unanet employees, contracts, projects, purchase orders, and reports.
- Maintain contract hours and funding budgets in the Unanet system to record and support contracts administration.
- Prepare and maintain documentation, including requirements, specifications, process flows and procedures to ensure all process are designed to meet DCAA.
- Effectively collaborate with colleagues in finance, accounting and contracting.
- Review timesheets and expense reports for completeness and compliance in a federal timekeeping system.
- Resolves issues with timesheets, expense reports, budgets, and funding issues and ensures all are approved as appropriate.
QUALIFICATION/SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.
- High School diploma with 3-5 years of timekeeping experience.
- Candidate must have 3 years of Unanet experience.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and calculations.
- Must have experience with Adobe or other electronic signature systems.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
