Drive tactical operations through effective shift planning and execution across production and warehouse functions. Identify and implement tactical and strategic improvements to automate & transform manual workflow and reporting for operations.
Digitalization and Process Improvement:
This role will focus on cost reduction by streamlining processes and workflows, driving the digitalization of operations, and eliminating paper-based systems.
Process Improvement

Implement Gemba processes to identify barriers to enhance operational efficiency.

Implement strategies to reduce operational costs through shift planning and process optimization.

Develop & implement operational improvements by ensuring non-value-added activity is reduced in all processes by using lean / kaizen / Gemba tools and techniques.

Responsible for the Service Level to ensure client satisfaction and On Time in Full Performance (OTIF) as per Service Level agreement targets.
Digitalization and Paperless Operations

Lead the transition towards a more digital operation, reducing reliance on paper-based systems.

Implement digital solutions to streamline and modernize various operational aspects.

Provide leadership and operations ownership for WMS / ERP integration and improvements.
People Management and Leadership:
