Job Title: Personal Assistant
Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and organized Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our team. As a Personal Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of daily tasks and enhancing overall efficiency.
Duties:
- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to inquiries and requests
- Utilize Google Suite for managing emails, scheduling appointments, and creating documents
- Perform accurate data entry tasks to maintain organization
- Assist in coordinating and executing various events and meetings
- Manage clerical duties such as filing, scanning, and organizing documents
- Operate phone systems and relay messages effectively
- Maintain and update calendars for appointments, meetings, and deadlines
- Support house duties, such as paying bills, doing laundry booking travel, online shopping, grocery store, general office operations to ensure a well-functioning work environment
Skills:
- Proficient in customer service practices
- Advanced knowledge of Google Suite applications
- Experience with DocuSign or similar electronic signature platforms
- Strong data entry skills with high accuracy
- Ability to assist in event planning activities
- Familiarity with clerical tasks and office procedures
- Proficiency in managing phone systems effectively
- Excellent calendar management skills for scheduling purposes
