We are currently looking for an energetic Order Processing Specialist to help fill out our staff.
Duties will include but may not be limited to:
PROCESS ORDERS RECEIVED FROM CUSTOMERS
- Orders will be received daily from our B2B partners in an array of methods including EDI transmittals, emails, and through transaction portals.
- Orders will need to be reviewed/verified and any exceptions or other red flag details resolved prior to order being submitted for shipping.
- Verify orders are shipped and update all system logs pertaining to the various shipments.
- includes LTL and small parcel shipments.
HANDLING EXCEPTIONS AND ALIGNING EXPECTATIONS BETWEEN CUSTOMER AND HTD
- Customer Service calls/messages will be received for the B2B shipments which need to have resolution. This includes issues such as shipping inquiries, product concerns, parts and other requests. These inquiries must be prioritized to complete asap with final resolution satisfactory for all parties.
- Ideal candidate must be a fast learner, have a genuine interest in the HTD product line, and have proven experience in handling a wide range of customer service issues in a positive and efficient manner.
UPDATING ENTERPRISE SYSTEM AND VARIOUS REPORTING
- Knowledge and experience using NetSuite, SAGE, or SAAS or other ERP.
- Strong Excel skills including the ability to format, run VLOOKUP commands and similar.
- Accounting experience a plus - must be very accurate with attention to detail.
- Update and maintain records in customer portals. Written correspondence with customer representatives.
Job Requirements:
- Ability to work in a team environment
- 3+ years experience in order processing
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to efficiently complete assignments
- Strrong email etiquette
