Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling inquiries, providing technical support, and sorting, packing, tracking shipments.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and efficiency.
- Responsible for answering all inbound and outbound customer service calls.
- Analyzing and troubleshooting technical customer service issues.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently in our CRM database, ensuring proper recording and closure of all issues.
- Follow standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.
- Receiving and processing orders, packaging items, and shipping packages.
- Resolve and respond to customer questions and callbacks in a timely manner and in accordance with established standards, policies, procedures and service level agreements.
- Ability to exercise judgment using procedures and practices to determine the appropriate course of action.
Qualifications:
- Ability to stay on task and follow directions effectively.
- Proven ability to clearly and effectively interact and communicate with customers in a friendly and personable manner.
- Some experience with Microsoft Office Suite including PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
- Excellent data entry skills for maintaining accurate customer records.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks with attention to detail.
- Be punctual, responsible, responsive, and professional.
