General Summary:
The Vice President of Human Resources Administration is responsible for the following management responsibilities in Human Resources department to include benefits administration, human resource information systems, labor negotiations, internal and external reporting, other related tasks. He/she is responsible for handling the employee relations of the Agency in accordance with policies and practices, ethical standards, employment and labor laws, regulations, and other regulatory authorities. This position will be data driven relying on achievement of departmental goals.
Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree required: Master’s degree preferred. A minimum of 5 years of Human Resources generalist experience, with 3 years’ experience as a senior management. Leadership and organizational development skills required.

Pay: $135,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
