Why join our team?
Are you tired of the boring "white wall treatment room" approach to ABA. Then look no further. The Behavior Toolbox is looking for experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who are open and interested in "Do ABA The Social Way."
With an emphasis on Natural Environment Training (NET), our clinical treatment approach is designed to allow our Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to curate a high energy and fast paced therapy session that is fun for both the RBT and the learner.
In addition to tailoring our company model around our employees ability to have a balanced and positive quality of life, we also provide clinical and administrative support, so our BCBA's can spend their time designing meaningful therapeutic programming.
Unlike most ABA providers, our approach to treatment is centralized around the social communication and interaction delays often presence with individuals with Neuro-Diversities.
