- Create floral arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, funerals, and special events
- Assist customers in selecting the appropriate flowers and arrangements for their needs
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions and addressing concerns
- Maintain inventory of fresh flowers and supplies, ensuring they are properly stored and cared for
- Arrange flowers in vases, bouquets, and other containers, ensuring they are visually appealing and well-balanced
- Process customer orders and payments accurately and efficiently
- Keep work area clean and organized to ensure a safe and pleasant environment for both employees and customers

- Strong customer service skills to effectively assist customers in selecting the right floral arrangements
- Retail sales experience to promote products and maximize sales opportunities
- Knowledge of floral design techniques to create visually appealing arrangements
- Multilingual skills (English plus other languages) to cater to a diverse customer base
- Organizational skills to manage inventory, track orders, and maintain a clean work area
- Basic retail math skills to process payments accurately
- Ability to sell additional products such as plants or garden accessories alongside floral arrangements
