Job Title: HVAC Office Billing Assistant & Customer Service Rep.
Job Type: Full-time
Location: Lombard, IL
Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM, Monday-Friday

Are you an organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills? Our HVAC Rental company, based in Lombard, IL , is seeking a Customer Service and Billing Assistant to join our dynamic office team. This position involves a variety of tasks, including billing, entering payables, scheduling deliveries, data entry, accounts receivable accounts payable, and other essential clerical duties.
Experience Level:
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Previous experience is not mandatory; we are willing to train the right candidate with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
- Experience in the rental industry a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Additional desirables:
- Knowledge of QuickBooks
- Knowledge of Service Channel
- Knowledge of MS Office Suite
- Some bookkeeping and accounting skills a plus
