Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the real estate broker
- Manage and organize the broker's schedule and appointments
- Assist with client communications and inquiries
- Prepare and manage real estate documents
- Coordinate and assist with property showings
- Conduct market research and gather property information
- Handle social media and marketing tasks as needed (small amounts)
- Perform other administrative tasks as required
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a personal assistant or in a similar role
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Familiarity with social media platforms and marketing tools
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Detail-oriented and proactive with a strong work ethic
- Knowledge of the real estate industry is a plus
