Job Responsibilities:
The Manager, Science Operations and Programs position provides project and relationship management, operational support and administrative leadership to all scientific activities within the ADA’s Practice Institute to deliver results supporting the division and Association goals. The position manages project timelines, processes and stakeholders related to the development of evidence-based guidelines, product evaluation activities and manages operations of the Council on Scientific Affairs (CSA). The position develops Council and Board reports, manages vendors, contracts and program expenses, and liaises with volunteers and internal/external project members. The manager also fosters positive relationships with the scientific community through effective communication and strong collaborative efforts, supporting ADA positions.
Must Have:

- Agile based project management or formal project management training (Agile or otherwise)
- Knowledge of scientific principles, research or dentistry
- Ability to lead and execute change management plans and programs
- Experience with the dental industry, practicing dentist and members, etc.
- Excellent problem solving, analytical, consultative, and customer service skills
- Proficient in SharePoint and Adaptive
