Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our dynamic team. As a BCBA, you will play a key role in designing and implementing ABA programs tailored to meet the unique needs of our clients. Your expertise will be instrumental in assessing behavior, developing treatment plans, and overseeing interventions to ensure effective outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify strengths, deficits, and specific skill targets for clients.
- Develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) based on assessment findings and client goals.
- Implement and supervise ABA programs, providing ongoing monitoring and adjustment as needed.
- Train and supervise Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in the implementation of behavior intervention strategies.
- Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity and effectiveness of treatment.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress, treatment plans, and related reports.
- Stay current with best practices, research findings, and developments in the field of ABA.
Qualifications:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related field.
- Proficiency in conducting functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and developing behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
