Assistant Manager
Duties:
- Assist the manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring smooth workflow
- Provide leadership and guidance to the team, including training and development
- Manage shifts and schedules to ensure adequate coverage
- Deliver excellent customer service and resolve any customer complaints or issues
- Assist with inventory management, including ordering and restocking
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve targets
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Handle cash transactions and ensure accuracy in cash handling procedures
Experience:
- Previous experience in a supervisory or assistant manager role preferred
- Strong team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally
- Knowledge of phone etiquette and effective communication techniques
- Experience with budgeting and financial management
- Multilingual skills are a plus, as it may be beneficial for interacting with diverse customers
- Previous experience in wireless sales is desirable
- Strong math skills for handling cash transactions and managing inventory
