Job Description:
- Provides administrative support in a fast-paced team environment
- Manages complex calendars and schedules for management
- Handles large call volume and interact with executive business leaders in a professional manner
- Responds and follows up on client requests
- Coordinates all domestic travel and processes expense reports in a timely manner
- Organizes meetings and gathers meeting materials
- Assists with onboarding new hires, transfers, and terminations
- Helps with ad-hoc projects and presentations for team
- Manages monthly invoices and payments
- Orders supplies and keeps inventory stocked
Job Qualifications:
- 4-10 years of administrative experience
- Well-spoken and polished both verbal and written
- Team-player with a high level of ownership
- Organized and strong attention to detail
- Strong core competencies with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
