The Account Resolution Specialist Opportunity:
As a vital member of our Account Resolution Team, you will be responsible for resolving outstanding account issues, ensuring accurate recordkeeping, maintaining positive client relations, and proactively saving clients attempting to cancel. The ideal candidate possesses excellent communication skills, a strong analytical mindset, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Agents will be expected to handle high call volume (inbound and outbound).
- Provide timely and professional responses to customer inquiries regarding account matters.
- Collaborate with internal teams to obtain necessary information for account resolution.
- Proactively engage with clients attempting to cancel, understanding their concerns, and providing viable solutions to retain their business.
- Negotiate and implement payment plans for delinquent accounts while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Preserve revenue while extending the client's longevity with the company.
- Identify and report trends in account issues to improve overall processes
Qualifications:
- Experience in account resolution (preferred)
- Demonstrated success in customer service, account management, and/or sales
- Exceptional presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills
- BA/BS degree (preferred)
