Bookkeeper/Administrative Assistant
Responsibilities (include but not limited to):
- Greeting customers, answering phones, and relaying messages
- Managing bill receipts and payments via Quickbooks
- Managing inventory in sales program
- Weekly payroll processing
- keep and maintain employee records
- Booking and completing inventory sales and payments
- Executing monthly sales, retail, and inventory reports
- Handling deliveries for office
- Maintaining office supply stock
- Ensure office space is clean and organized daily.
Skills and Requirements:
- Proficient with Quickbooks
- Microsoft Office savvy - comfortable with Excel, Word, and PP
- Punctual and accountable
- Organized with sharp attention to detail
- Ability to shift focus and priorities when necessary
- Intelligent and self-reliant with outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with changing and competing priorities
- Energetic, enthusiastic, straight forward
- Personable especially on the phone
- Effective in managing day to day activities
- Bilingual (Spanish)
Preferred Experience:
- Spanish and English speaking - bilingual
- High School Diploma or GED
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Notary a plus
- 2+ years experience in office administration
- Emotional maturity, maintaining an even temperament in the most challenging and demanding environments
- Highly resourceful team player with the ability to be extremely effective independently
- Experience in the automotive industry or similar background a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $25.00 per hour
