- This is a multi-level position responsible for interpreting and administering compliance state rules, reviewing, and analyzing all allegations that come through from our uplines and direct carrier relationships, compliance coaching, OIG/SGA monitoring and licensing operational duties as assigned.
- This position reports to the Vice President of Agency Operations/Compliance Officer and offers room to grow as the company grows.
Essential Duties
- Reviews and analyses all allegations that come from our uplines and carrier partners.
- Provides quality coaching with the agent and manager on founded allegations or requested coaching assignments from carriers.
- Tracks and identifies allegation trends and provides coaching opportunities for agents who need extra help.
- Manages the PTC retrieval process with lead venders to satisfy carrier requests on CTMs and Grievances
- Researching and interpreting state Department of Insurance, CMS regulations and guidelines with assistance from the VP of Agency Operations.
- Assists licensing staff with completion of carrier appointment applications and background detail when needed.
- Composes and prepares correspondence for sales staff as it relates to compliance trends and CMS regulations.
- Assists with CMS submission requests to uplines for approval.
- Works closely with QA to consolidate opportunities for overall agent improvement.
- Participates in corporate and departmental projects as they relate to sales staff records, and other duties as assigned.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Strong Analytical writing and research skills
- Solid knowledge of Medicare concepts, regulations, and plan detail understanding
- Acute attention to detail and documentation
- Intermediate to advanced level skills in MS Office Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Substantial oral and interpersonal communication skills involving patience with slow learners
- Experience handling sensitive information and confidentiality
- Exceptional critical thinking, problem solving and decision-making skills
- Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, and time management skills
- Comfort in working with databases, electronic applications, and electronic resources
Required Education and Experience for / Compliance Analyst
- Related field, or equivalent experience working with compliance and sensitive information.
- 1 - 3 years data analysis experience with solid experience using Excel formulas.
- Ability to interpret compliance documentation and/or governmental regulations and disseminate this information.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills

Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
