Position Summary:
The Spa Operations Manager is responsible for and supervises the maintenance, care, and efficient operation of all equipment and facilities used by the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the management of all spa attendants and operations throughout the spa.
- Maximize guest service + satisfaction levels through heightened levels of communication and personal presence in the unit.
- Manage, coordinate, and/or conduct associate meetings and workshops.
- Ensure spa attendant associates are trained to the highest quality and fully staffed always.
- Assist in the development of procedures, protocols and systems to assure proper facility management standards
- Ensure housekeeping and maintenance operating budget targets are achieved
- Conduct daily spa and fitness facility inspections for immediate actions needed
- Conduct monthly spa and fitness facility inspections with executive team members
- Establish a daily communication routine with the overall team on activity status and needs
- Develop, update, and distribute weekly projects reports and plans to ensure the facility is always operating up to standards
- Follow standard operating procedures regarding the check-in of class guests. including verifying payment type, offering of applicable promotions, and notifying guests of pending expirations (i.e. class series).
- Schedule class appointments using the spa booking software, monitor class wait lists, adhere to booking procedures, and follow standard operational procedures as noted in the communications book.
- Conduct daily inspections of the facility needed to identify any conditions in conflict with the objectives of this position
- Communicate daily wi th the team on activity status
- Perform immediate corrective actions where feasible and required
- Update and distribute Project Status Report weekly
- Engage, schedule and monitor performance of casino facilities department as needed for routine activities and services
- Monitor inventory of all operating supplies
- Play an active and hands on role in support the overall units Cleaning and Sanitation procedures.
- Demonstrate positive attitude and actions through a display of courtesy, service, cooperation, hospitality, empathy, sensitivity and professionalism to guests and team members.

Education and/or Skills Required:
- Must have outstanding experience delivering high-quality customer service.
- Display good organizational. written, and verbal skills.
- Must be enthusiastic, motivated, and a team player.
- General knowledge of facility management practices
- Working familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and Microsoft Outlook
- General knowledge of local trade community
- 3 plus years' experience in leading a team and overseeing a facility
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at times.
- Must be able to access and navigate all areas of the facilities.
- Must be able to access all parts of the company equipment.
